No catch, and here is why
Most tools in this space give you a small preview and charge for the full-size file, or stamp their own watermark on it. WipeMark gives you the full-size result every time, without an account.
The models run on our own server, so you don’t download anything and an older phone gets the same quality as a new laptop. The small grid of sponsors beside the tool pays for that server.
What happens to my photo?
Only what the model needs is sent: a copy at most 1024 pixels wide for background removal, or just the area around what you painted for erasing. It is held in memory while the model runs and dropped as soon as the answer goes back. It is never written to disk, never logged and never used to train anything. Your full-size photo stays in your browser, which is where the final file is made.
Limits
- JPG · PNG · WebP · HEIC. HEIC opens in Safari; in other browsers, export it as JPG first.
- Up to 25 megapixels per photo. Bigger photos can be scaled down first.
- No daily limit and no sign-up.
- A background usually takes about 10 seconds. When many people use it at once you may wait a little longer.
What it’s for
Your own photos: a product shot for a listing, a profile picture, a logo on a transparent background, a date stamp on an old photo, a stranger in the background of your holiday shot. Please don’t use it on other people’s watermarked work.
